John Boudreaux is a Senior Industrial Data Scientist at Fero Labs, where he has helped enterprise industrial customers find opportunities to leverage machine learning in chemical and steel processes for the last 2 years. Before Fero Labs, he began his career at BASF in production, eventually switching over to data science specializing in manufacturing use cases. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master's of Information and Data Science from University of California Berkeley.
John enjoys finding ways to leverage his experience to bridge the gap between the world of machine learning and the world of manufacturing. He has implemented machine learning use cases in chemical processes spanning from continuous commodity plants to highly specialized batch bioreactors.
Outside of Fero, you can often find John running, birdwatching, or researching interesting things to eat. He lives in Houston, TX.
