John Anderson is a chemical engineer who has worked for Dow Chemical for 36 years. He has held roles in Process Engineering assisting in the equipment and process designs associated with multiple agricultural chemicals, Technical Service, Manufacturing and, most recently, R+D. In his current role, he completes cost-of-manufacturing estimates for products and processes that are not fully developed. These estimates are based on limited knowledge of how a new product will be made and are generally applied by businesses when process options are compared and when project funding decisions must be made.
John holds a B.S. degree in Biology from The University of Michigan-Dearborn and an M.S degree in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University.
