Jordan Pearce holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University and is a professional engineer registered in Texas. He has over 20 years of industrial experience, starting out in process safety at Berwanger, then transitioning into a commercial support role as a forward engineer, responsible for client proposal development, software demonstrations, and all areas of technical communication during the selling process following the purchase of the company by Siemens. After a move into account management, he joined KBR’s Technology group, responsible for the Refining and Petrochemical license portfolio for N America. He returned to the process modeling software industry, moving to PSE (now also Siemens) responsible for client success and sales in N America. Jordan is now Director of Global Business Development at OLI Systems, Inc., a 52 year old company focused on developing solutions for the next-generation of energy challenges, including lithium processing and refining, geothermal energy, CCUS, and traditional energy production. He is passionate about leadership, communication, life-long learning, and supporting his customers’ success.
