Dr. Jun Tian is the Vice President and Head of Global Development and Technical Operations (GDTO) at WuXi Biologics. In this capacity, he leads efforts in the technical areas of process development and analytics for post-IND pipeline assets, supporting global biotech and biopharmaceutical clients in achieving BLA readiness. His responsibilities include the development and optimization of commercial processes and analytical methods, technology transfer, process and product characterization, establishing control strategies, leading process validations, and overseeing BLA-enabling activities and continued process verification (CPV) initiatives.
Dr. Tian holds a Ph.D. in Biological Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
