Professor Kate Sang is the Director of the Centre for Research on Employment, Work and the Professions (CREWS) at Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh. Kate is also the Principal Investigator of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Caucus funded by UKRI with support from the British Academy. Kate’s recent research aims to improve the working lives of women, disabled and neurodivergent people across research including in the sciences. Kate is also the UCU Scotland Equalities Rep.
