Keith Kline is a Distinguished Researcher in the Environmental Sciences Division, Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee and serves as joint faculty for University of Tennessee’s Bredesen Center for Interdisciplinary Research and Graduate Education. From 1980-2008, Keith lived and worked in developing nations supporting rural development programs to improve land management for agriculture and ecosystem services. Over the past decade, Keith has authored/coauthored >90 publications related to natural resource management, energy, and biofuels. Current research supports the Department of Energy to assess national and international effects associated with the development of renewable energy resources, with attention to land cover, management, and disturbance.
