Mr. Joffe is a Chemical Engineer with more than 35 years of experience in various aspects of chemical process design, site remediation, wastewater and groundwater treatment in addition to extensive project management experience. His technical experience includes process design, chemical manufacturing, wastewater treatment plant design and operation. Mr. Joffe has provided management and consultation services for regulatory compliance in the areas of waste management and water treatment and overall site closures. He was a lead engineer on the development of the original “Cyalume” chemical lights and holds a patent for the removal of anaerobic resin from industrial wastewater.
Mr. Joffe has worked in manufacturing for American Cyanamid and Upjohn Fine Chemicals and in the consulting field for Metcalf and Eddy, ESI, TRC, and Shaw before joining SLR.
He is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology and holds an MBA in Industrial Administration from the University of Connecticut.
