Lev Davydov has 11 years of experience with Honeywell UOP, where he is a Principal Engineer in FCC & Heavy Oil R&D. His primary responsibilities include leading R&D projects in the FCC area from ideation to commercialization. His prior role within Honeywell UOP was in Process Modeling and Development. Before joining UOP Lev spent 6 years with Linde R&D, where he worked on novel industrial gas applications. He has authored/co-authored 30 patents and published 14 refereed articles. Lev has an MEng degree in Bioprocess Engineering from Moscow School of Technology and PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
