Lisa Berrie is currently an R&D Leader at Dow. She joined Dow in 2011 after graduating with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University. Lisa has held a variety of roles in Process Research & Development and Manufacturing. She is a silicone resins subject matter expert and has demonstrated her technical leadership through leadership and support of various full-scale process improvements, new process development, and the start-up of a new silicone resin plant in Asia. Lisa also led a key innovation platform at Dow, where she was responsible for driving alignment on growth strategy and priorities across functions. She recently transitioned to a new role where she is responsible for strategic people leadership of the Materials Science team in the Core R&D function.
