Mr. Sirugo brings over 15 years of experience in civil engineering in different areas of construction in the public, private and aviation sectors from the company he founded in 1990. He additionally has ten years of experience in Project Finance, Strategy, Fund Raising, Energy & Operations that he leverages in his role at Renaissance Global Ventures. Prior to Renaissance he was the Chief Development Officer at Gruppo EF Tecnologie USA, a bio-gas company that builds green energy facilities. Mr. Sirugo created the overall development structure and implemented strategic initiatives. Before Gruppo EF Tecnologie, RGVanged and raised funds for a Mini Wind Project in Italy of 60KW. Mr. Sirugo worked and acted as the Technical Director and Financial Advisor for the “Ciliegino” Project in Italy, an 80 MW photovoltaic plant and 40 MW cogeneration plant including greenhouses for farming, a renewable energy and agriculture project. He has extensive experience in a RGVanging and developing Green Certificate Rights and international Business Building, as he managed the operations between Prime Acquisition Corp. (PACQ) and Radiomarelli SA, a Switzerland Company for the Sale of Common Stock in the US stock market.
Mr. Sirugo’s experience in global markets has helped him understand and work in various countries around the world. A previous Health Care project in Romania, started in November 2011, helped the national system by introducing the possibility for doctors employed in public structure of National Health Service to exercise freedom of profession. Over the years, Mr. Sirugo developed renewable projects in Romania, and also covered a large spectrum of activities from agriculture to tourism to innovation. He was actively involved in post-earthquake work in Italy as a volunteer, where he was able to identify and help the locals rebuild their homes (as well as public institutions). Mr. Sirugo holds a Construction Engineering Degree from Milan Polytechnic University. He holds a degree in, Expert in the construction coordinators for safety and health in the design and construction of the work from S.I.L.P Los Angeles. Additionally, he holds a Degree in Expert assessment in post-earthquake and an MBA from Venice International University.
