Manju Parkhe is Ecolab’s Global Engineering leader, responsible for capital/functional engineering, process safety, planet health and cyber security. Manju brings a strategic mindset, global perspective, and expertise in operations, sourcing and engineering. Under Manju’s leadership, Ecolab will develop sustainability initiates to meet 2030 commitments. Passionate about all things digital and the operations, Manju works collaboratively with her stakeholders, peers and teams to advance Ecolab’s mission. She has featured in Forbes and other publications for her innovative views on manufacturing.
Previously, Manju has worked with medical device companies like Medtronic, Abbott and GE Healthcare. Manju is on the Board of Director for Block Syte., the company involved in developing block chain solutions.
Manju earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from India and MBA from University of Pittsburgh. She and her husband live in Deerfield, IL and have two daughters.
