Melissa Mauro (Spinelli) is a network strategy engineer in the Future of Heat Engineering Dept. of National Grid, specializing in gas quality, odorization, and renewable energy. She was a chapter co-lead in the 2017 revision of the American Gas Association (AGA) Odorization Manual, and she is a key contributor to the Natural Gas Association (NGA) Interconnect Guide for Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) in New York State. Mauro holds BS and MS degrees in chemical engineering from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY.
