Murphy Carley graduated BS ChE from Texas A&M University in 1990 and MBA University of Houston – Clear Lake in 1996. Murphy currently serves as the Global Improvement Director for Maintenance at Dow, leading the prioritization and implementation of enterprise-wide maintenance improvement initiatives. Murphy spent the first 25 years of her career in process engineering, in roles that span capital project execution and functional leadership working (for large EPCs and then Dow).
