Nate Stelzer is a Senior Research Specialist at Dow Inc. His 8 year career in the chemical industry has been spent in silicone process research and development. Nate's primary responsibilities center on new product commercialization and optimization of existing products. He has considerable experience with effectively transitioning products between batch and continuous assets at the lab, pilot, and commercial scale. He is the recipient of an R&D 100 award and an Edison Gold award. Nate earned his B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Florida.
