Neil is a graduate of the University of Alberta in Canada B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering. After a dozen years working onshore projects for a gas transmission company and Shell Canada he moved to New Orleans and started his offshore career in coastal and shallow water fields.
In the last twenty six years Neil has had a variety of concept engineering, project management and leadership roles for Shell in their global offshore and deepwater business. These have included brownfield and greenfield projects primarily in the Gulf of Mexico, Nigeria and Brazil.
Neil recently moved to Houston to take on the role of Deepwater Construction Manager for Shell.
