Owen is a Senior Director at the American Chemistry Council (ACC), responsible for energy and climate policy on behalf of the chemical industry, the nation’s largest industrial energy consumer. He joined ACC in 1989 and served in a number of communications, information technology and policy positions. He has been managing ACC’s energy policy portfolio since 2006.
