Paul heads the group accountable for fermentation reactor design, modeling and scale-up at LanzaTech, a clean-tech start-up developing a bacterial gas fermentation process using CO, H2 and CO2 as feedstock to produce fuels and chemicals. Paul previously was a Senior Fellow in R&D at UOP, where he helped to develop, commercialize and troubleshoot many processes for the petroleum refining, petrochemical and gas processing industries. Paul received a BSChE degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MSChE from Illinois Institute of Technology.
