Mr. Exton is the Chief Marketing Officer for GE Power & Water - Water & Process Technologies. He has held this role since February of 2012. In this role, Mr. Exton provides strategic leadership and program direction for the marketing activities and sustainability efforts for the water and process technologies business. He is also the leader for the ecomagination program and water reuse and reduction initiatives, as well as the Water for Humanity program.
In addition to his current responsibilities as CMO, Ralph is also the Business Program Manager (BPM) for the GE Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) that is designed to attract, retain and grow a diverse and global population of future sales and marketing leaders for the business and for GE as a whole.
Mr. Exton has been elected as a member of the 2012-2013 Board of Trustees for the Water Environment Federation (WEF), an international organization of water quality professionals headquartered in Alexandria, Va. Ralph is also an active member of International Desalination Association and is Co-Chair for the AIChE International Society for Water Solutions.
Over the years, Ralph has achieved extensive international experience and has received significant leadership, sales, marketing and business management training.
Mr. Exton graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BS Mechanical Engineering degree in 1987 and has over 25 years of advanced water treatment, purification and reuse experience.
