Roger Pettman is co-founder and Executive Chairman of Cycladex and has raised $1m in grants from the National Science Foundation and established a strategic collaboration with Comstock Mining in Nevada. He is also Executive Chairman of Mageleka, a Company focussed on using low filed nor in particle characterization. Previously, he was founder of Revolymer, a polymer based company and raised $75m taking the Company public on the AIM market in London. He was also co-founder of ChiRex, which went public on NASDAQ for $147m before being sold to Rhodia for $540m. He holds a PhD in chemistry and a NATO postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University. He was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Science by Bristol University.
