Scott Hebert is a refining specialist at Koch-Glitsch, LP, in Houston, TX. He works with the Koch-Glitsch refining team to provide custom solutions for new and revamp mass-transfer applications. He draws on more than 15 years of previous refining industry experience, ranging from process engineering to refinery operations to economics and optimization.
