Shailesh Saraykar is Director of Process Safety at Ingenero Inc. Shailesh has over twenty-five (25) years of experience in various aspects of the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. His experience includes hands-on project execution both for upstream and downstream operations. He possesses a strong understanding of relief system design and applicable codes and standards including ASME and API. Shailesh has successfully led relief system revalidation projects for most of the major domestic oil and gas companies including ExxonMobil, BP, Shell, Marathon, Sunoco, Valero, Chevron, Westlake, LyondellBasell and ConocoPhillips and has a broad international experience for clients in the Middle East, Europe and Far East Asia.
Prior to joining Ingenero Inc., Shailesh Saraykar worked in Technical Advisory and Process engineering roles at several companies, including Siemens Oil & Gas, USA and Bharat Petroleum, India.
Shailesh Saraykar has Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
