Steve Graybill is President of Downstream Advisors, Inc. – a professional consulting company specializing in the technical, economic, and financial aspects of the downstream petroleum industries. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Graybill leads a team adept at refinery economic modeling. Mr. Graybill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University, a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston, a certification as a professional engineer in the State of Texas, and the designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser specializing in Business Valuation. Over the last 15 years, he has assisted clients on approximately 20 percent of the refinery transactions occurring in Europe and North and South America and has testified as an expert in the areas of processing, valuation, trading, and economics. Steve’s experience in condensate processing began in 1990 as manager of economics and planning for the AroChem refinery located in Puerto Rico. He then assisted the design, construction, and operation of the Euro-Splitter condensate refinery located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. More recently, he has assisted the design and development of Novatek’s condensate refinery located in Ust-Luga, Russia and a condensate refinery under construction in Corpus Christi, Texas.
