Tanya Rogers began her education by completing her Associates degree at Houston Community College and earning a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering while attending Prairie View A&M University. Recently, Tanya received a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Rice University for her work in the Development of Nanocatalytic-Enabled Systems for Treatment of Anthropogenic Water Contaminants. Currently, Dr. Tanya Rogers is an Energy Systems Director at the NASA Johnson Space Center and the proud CEO/co-Founder of The People’s CO2, a Houston-based startup company focused on citizen-powered carbon capture.
