Tasman has 20 years of professional experience gained across oil and gas, mining, power, infrastructure and agribusiness sectors, and the full asset lifecycle from concept to decommissioning. He is an experienced consultant in studies, project services and business management / development, and has also worked in senior roles in major client organisations.
He has been the project director or manager of a number of major project impact assessments and approvals, in both developed and developing country contexts. Notably, he led the environmental impact statement and major approvals work for the Australia Pacific LNG Project.
He gained a Research Masters and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Environmental Engineering from the University of Western Australia, and was last year given an Honorary Adjunct Professorship at Bond University.
