Teresa Keating is the Global Director Business Operations for Dow’s Performance Materials & Coatings business. She is a member of the Operations Leadership Team and Consumer Solutions Leadership Team. Prior to her current role, she served as the Global Director for Environmental, Health, and Safety at Dow. From 2017-20, she was Director of Operations for Dow’s manufacturing sites in Latin America, headquartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Keating joined Dow in Seadrift, Texas, in 1997 as a production engineer in Polypropylene. Since then, she has worked in various manufacturing leadership roles within Polyethylene in Louisiana and Texas. She assumed the global Business Manufacturing Leader role for High Density Polyethylene in 2010 and later served as the Enterprise Reliability Director for Performance Plastics. Keating then moved to Dow Building & Construction as Business Manufacturing Technology Director in 2013. Several years later, she was named the Site Leader for Seadrift, TX.
Keating holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is a current member of the Senior Leader Inclusion Council for Dow, US Social Justice Council, and the global steering team for the Women’s Innovation Network. Keating serves on the Board of Directors for Ducks Unlimited as well as DU’s Sustainability committee and Conservation Programs committee. She and husband Jack are lifetime members of the TX Coastal Conservation Association and like to fish and hunt together with their Labrador retrievers, Copper and Carbon.
