Terrence S. Higgins is the Executive Director of Refining & Special Studies for Stratas Advisors (a Hart Energy Company). His primary area of activity is in the development and production of Hart Energy’s Global Refining and Refined Product Outlook. The outlook provides a forecast of regional refining capacity and operations, crude oil and refined product supply and demand, and international petroleum trade flow. Mr. Higgins..has 40 years of experience in various capacities associated with the petroleum industry with emphasis on fuel markets, fuel quality and the role of biofuel and other nor-crude derived components. Mr. Higgins has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
