Professional Experience: 25 years at EPCON International developing fluid flow software, simulation software, and thermophysical properties software for chemical engineers working in the oil, gas and chemical processing industries, currently in the role of Director of Development and Engineering. Developed and manage a practical fluid flow simulation modeling service to improve plant reliability, safety, and profitability by modeling plant utility systems. As Chair of the South Texas Section of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (largest in the local section in the nation) developed closer relationships with key employers in the greater Houston area through sponsored meeting to more than double monthly meeting attendance. Holds three patents for process engineering software and has co-authored several papers on the practical application of fluid flow technology to solve root-cause process plant problems.
