Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries(OAPEC)
Torki Hemsh, holds a Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering, and a Master degree in Petroleum Geoscience from Oxford Brookes University, UK. He has worked for the Syrian Petroleum Company from 1993 to 2005 as a reservoir engineer, and was a director in Al Furat Petroleum Company (joint venture between SPC and Shell) between 2005 and 2007. He joined the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) in 2007 as a petroleum expert. He has published more than 14 studies covering many fields in the upstream industry, and coauthored many more papers.
