Yaofan currently manages Chevron’s Hydrogen R&D Program, supports development of Chevron’s hydrogen business, and advises on various energy transition topics. He joined Chevron in 2006, and has held a variety of roles relating to alternative fuels and vehicles, low carbon energy, and emerging energy technologies.
Yaofan’s expertise includes techno-economic due diligence, hydrogen technologies, future fuel demand forecast, emerging vehicle/mobility technologies, renewables, low carbon energy, advanced power and storage systems, and GHG/sustainability issues.
