The General Paper Pool houses all available abstracts/papers for consideration in applicable sessions.
If your session is incomplete due to a withdrawal, insufficient submissions, or any other reason, the General Paper Pool is your resource to identify quality papers that can be selected to complete your session program.
To access the General Paper Pool, please enter Confex and navigate to your session panel where you will be able to find the link "Available Papers Pool" under Tools in the sidebar:
You will be directed to the General Paper Area landing where you will see the General Paper Pool Session:
Once you enter the session, you will see all available abstracts for transfer consideration:
If you find an abstract that would fit well within your session, you can then transfer the abstract normally by first checking off the "Transfer" box and then selecting the Group and Session to be transfered to:
