The Global Undergraduate Student Video Competition is in the midst of their second year of competition. We have had 21 submitted videos from student chapters around the world, all focused on the topic of Biopharmaceuticals. We are currently in the process of doing a final review on these videos and can’t wait to start the judging process and announce our winners!
The public viewing portion of the competition is based on YouTube “likes” with the viewing and voting period starting August 15th. We are also in the process of soliciting judges from across the world, who will assist in selecting the Judge’s Choice winners. The 1st-3rd Public Choice Winners, along with the 1st-5th Judges’ Choice Winners will receive cash prizes.
These winning videos will be announced at the 2016 AIChE Annual Student Conference in San Francisco, and will be added to a repository of videos to help inspire K-12 students to get involved in the chemical engineering industry!
