Please join us for a tour of Hamilton Cellars where we will gain insight on their production process. More specifically, the tour will include a technical presentation on the solar equipment, their specialized bottling practices, and a general tour of the facilities, possibly including the vineyard. An optional wine tasting will take place ($10); purchase of a bottle valued over $25 waives the tasting fee. Snacks are also available ($2-$5).
Since the tour is, in part, intended to kick off CVS's brewing competition efforts, please note any interest in the AIChE Brewing Competition in your RSVP. Dedicated meetings will be arranged for this task in the future.
