Speaker Bio:
Mr. McCartney has 50 years of gas processing experience, initially with operating companies and then 18 years with an engineering contractor, Black & Veatch. He has extensive experience in most areas of gas processing. Among his many experiences, he most notably recalls serving as process lead for an LNG import terminal in Central America and running startup at an LNG plant in New York. He has authored a number of papers, coauthored a book and holds one patent. Since retiring in 2015, he remains current on new technology and data by consulting and by serving on committees for GPA Midstream and the Laurence Reid Gas Conditioning Conference.
