Six Sigma DMAIC Process and Practical Lego Demonstration
Ring in the New Year 2020 and decade with a presentation and practical demonstration, from Craig Green, that will provide an explanation of each process step within the Six Sigma DMAIC problem solving and improvement approach. These process steps are:
• Define
• Measure
• Analyze
• Improve
• Control
Craig Green will provide and initial overview presentation of Lean and Six Sigma DMAIC principles to set the table for a proceeding practical hands-on exercise involving Lego construction….c’mon, who doesn’t love Lego?
This practical exercise is designed to allow attendees to participate directly in the problem solving process and experience how following the DMAIC approach can help process teams achieve significant improvements.
