Each year, with the generous sponsorship of the ExxonMobil Research and Engineering Company, AIChE-NCS presents an award to an outstanding student at each of our local universities' chemical engineering programs, Howard University and the University of Maryland, College Park. This upcoming event has been scheduled to honor this year's recipients at the University of Maryland. Members of NCS and their guests are invited to attend.
Parking: There are many parking lots on campus that one can park after 4pm, but read the signs carefully to avoid being ticketed. After 4pm, you may park for free in Lot 9 which is along Paint Branch Drive. Paint Branch Visitor Lot is across from AV Williams Building, but it has pay meter effective until midnight. Registration fee: free. Dinner is generously donated by ExxonMobil.
Menu: Items catered by Sardi’s include: BBQ pork ribs, Fettuccine Alfredo, macaroni & cheese, Greek salad, dinner rolls, assorted cookies.
