At some point in your career, you will embark on a job search. Your job search will entail identifying, pursuing, and securing a position that fulfills your goals and priorities. Three steps that are critical in the preparation and planning for a successful job search include: defining your career goals, identifying priority companies or organizations, and developing key references. This presentation will discuss some best practices and strategies for each of these three steps.
Highlighting this evening’s event will be the annual presentation of scholarships to chemical engineering students from N.J. Institute of Technology and Steven’s Institute of Technology. A light dinner will be served. Come on out and meet our up-and-coming new chemical engineers!

Peter Sibilski has over 40 years of experience in project management, product development, and energy management in the process-chemical and pharmaceuticals industries. He received his BSChE in 1981 from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and has an MBA in Technology Management from The University of Phoenix. Peter is a licensed P.E. in New Jersey, and is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
