Bob Katin, PE, will be making a presentation at a Joint Meeting of the SoCal AIChE Local Section and the Student Chapter at UCI on Tuesday, October 21st, 2014. Mr. Katin has been active on a state bill to make conducting chemical engineering legal in California.  The bill is currently on the Governor's desk.  Please join Mr. Katin, SoCal AIChE, and the UCI Chapter for this intruiging talk on how the State Engineers’ Act arbitrarily restricts chemical engineers from conducting chemical engineering.
