SPEAKER BIO: Sean Coyle, MS PMP CSPO PMI-ACP, with SM Coyle LLC is a project management and process analysis professional. Experienced in traditional and agile project management he has helped align the goals of organizations with those of its projects in a variety of industries and on various scales. Before beginning consulting he gained insight into large organizations while managing projects with IBM and within the construction industry. With a Masters of Science in Engineering Technology Management from Colorado School of Mines, a Bachelors of Science in Physics, and multiple professional certifications; Sean is well suited to evaluate current trends and prescribe solutions which capture the balance between ideal and real  implementable strategies
