Nuclear Medicine – Yesterday and Today

Listen as Dr. Bill Uhland gives a fascinating history of nuclear medicine from its very early beginnings to present day. “Doctor Bill” - as he is affectionately known among his colleagues - has been working in nuclear medicine for almost 40 years! His undergraduate degree is in biology and chemistry from Chico State. He continued his education by getting a Masters in Nuclear Chemistry from San Jose State and then his Ph.D., also in Nuclear Chemistry, from Rutgers University. He currently works for Curium and prior to that Mallinckrodt Nuclear Medicine/Mallinckrodt.
