Come and see first-hand the art and craft of creating Bissinger’s award-winning fine confections. The tour will highlight the company’s 350-year history, artisan techniques, and discuss the chocolate-making process and the social and environmental elements related to cocoa farming. Experts will guide us step by step through the newly renovated historic property - offering a behind the scenes look at the art (and science!) of crafting fine chocolate with ample samples along the way. The newly renovated Chocolate Factory - a beautiful, historic 220,000-square-foot building was once home to the MKT Railroad Depot and recently received a spectacular renovation. Afterwards, please join us for dinner, drinks and confections.
