Wine making and tasting

Cris Hehner will demonstrate wine making followed by a tasting session.

Have you been to a winery? Ever wonder what it takes to make wine and if you have the wherewithal to do it? Here is your chance! Cris Hehner, a 40 year AIChE member and amateur wine maker, will be talking about home winemaking, the joys, the pitfalls and other unusual things that can and do happen while making wine. It is a hobby he wishes he had started when he was younger... and he will tell you why.
