United StatesThe South Texas Section is happy to announce the beginning of the "First Friday" networking lunch series. This is a networking event to bring together engineers who are seeking to improve their employment situation, with experienced industry management and professionals.
The first lunch will be held on Friday, November 4th from 11:30AM - 1PM at the Café on the Lake in the Omni Hotel at Westside (13210 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079). The Café lunch menu ranges from $8 to $15. The STS will subsidize this event at $5 per attendee. The theme of the first meeting will be introductions within the group, making a good first impression, and discussion on future topics.
