Abstract:
Industry continues to seek new ways to enhance financial performance. Intelligent Operations is a bold new approach to achieve Operational Excellence (OpEx). It uses digital transformation to optimize production, minimize equipment downtime, enhance human performance, and manage operational risks. To do this, companies need to break down existing departmental, management, cultural, and data management silos. This presentation will examine the key aspects of Intelligent Operations and explore an approach for implementing a strategy.
Speaker: David Drerup
David Drerup, CEO of Operational Sustainability, LLC®, and has more than 25 years of experience in the process industries with a focus on Operational Excellence and technology. Prior to founding Operational Sustainability, he worked for PwC, SAIC and Rolls Royce. David is a frequent speaker at industry forums and is active in industry forums like API.
