December Social Meeting

Over the past few years, we’ve been requested to have a members’ December social meeting at a winery, so this is it!

 

This is an informal social meeting at the Spring Gate Vineyard in Harrisburg in the first week in December, when it’s not yet too busy with Christmas commitments and activities. Spouses, friends and guests are welcome!

 

The great thing about this venue is it also has a brewery on site.  When you arrive, you can do personal wine and cider tasting at one of the two stand-up bars for $7 per person (open 5-9 pm). After that, most people either buy a glass of their favorite wine/cider or a bottle, or wander over to the brewery to sample the selections they have there.

 

We will meet in the public seating area in the covered patio in the back where the brewery is. We will hold tables for others in our

group as we are able. Please RSVP to Peter Kabatek at pkabatek@aol.com (including a number of attendees) so we know you’re coming.

 

Live music starts at 6:30 pm.  For food, there are caterers and food trucks, see http://www.springgatevineyard.com/food.html.  Everyone pays their own bill for food, so the meeting is free!
