Wednesday, November 2, 2005 - 8:05am to 8:30am
Since the dawn of civilization, infrastructure has been recognized as the enabling foundation for economic growth. This talk considers the strategy for fostering economic growth via cyberinfrastructure investments - from regional to national scales - via a set of illustrative examples from projects in progress.
