This session is devoted to theoretical and computational studies of biological systems. Such systems include protein/DNA interactions, protein/protein interactions, genetic networks, metabolic pathways, and signal transduction pathways. Presentations will focus on theoretical and computational developments for the study of the emerging behavior of these systems in response to changes in their kinetic and thermodynamic properties.
