Graduate students are the lifeblood of any graduate program. However, getting students on campus (or into your research group) as well as developing their full potential can be quite challenging. In this session we invite faculty to share their experiences (successes and failures) in three specific areas associated with graduate students: 1) recruitment (2) mentoring and (3) motivation.
