Water-soluble polymers are of great importance in biological systems and in industrial applications. The unique nature of water as a solvent leads to phenomena not seen in nonaqueous solvents. This session will include studies of phase equilibria, fractionation, and conformational change in water-soluble polymers, both synthetic and biological. Experimental, theoretical, and simulational papers are welcome
