The biodiesel fuel production via transesterification catalyzed by the anion-exchange resin was performed in the continuous experimental system using an expanded-bed column reactor. The effects of the impurity components, such as water and free fatty acid, in the feedstock on the production rate and the fuel yield were discussed. In addition, the effects of the resin's structural factors on the stability of the catalytic activity of the resin were investigated.
