(105c) Liability and Best Management Practices

This presentation will provide discussion regarding potential liablity faced by manufacturers of engineered nanostructures arising from the possible releases to the environment of the nanostructure product or by-product. The presentation will also summarize the current status of recommended work practice and environmental management methods that might be utilized by manufacturers as "best management practices" for purposes of limiting liability arising from the development and manufacture of nanostructure product and by-products.
